You can apply for the reregistration of a domain name which you can find on our web page by filling in a domain name reregistration application form. You have to send it with the necessary documents to websas.hu Kft. by fax.

How can the domain name be deleted?
Only the owner of the domain name can delete it with immediate effect. We accept resignation notice in written form only, sent to us by the owner by e-mail ,fax, letter or brought to us personally. The resignation notice can be downloaded from our web page.

Can a domain name be booked in advance during the time of its cancelation?
No, it can’t. You can apply for it only after the expiration of the cancelation time.

Can a private person have a priority claim?
Yes,only for the trademark if it belongs to that person.

Can a domain name be changed?
No, it cannot. You have to fill in a new application form and cancel the exisitng one.

How can we change the domain owner?
You can change the ownership of the domain which is found on our web page by filling in the web hosting domain resignation form and filling in a new web hosting domain booking sheet. The resignation sheet must be signed by the owner and the buyer. The owner identification documents have to be attached and sent to us by fax. After signing the resignation notice the procedure is the same as with a registration of a new domain name - the owner fills in the registration sheet and together with the necessary documents sends them to websas.hu Kft. by fax.

Why a domain name with accent does not work?

In which cases does a domain name application get to a waiting list?
In every case when the required domain name is not on priority lists, it is put on a waiting list. (i.e a name of a company, a trademark, a town name or a country, or if the owner of the domain name can’t prove with proper documents that he is entitled to priority application.)

The registration of.eu domain names for trademark based, government or public institutions started on the 7th of December 2005.
