Documents to be attached:
- in case of a company: company registration court documents and signature document-copies
- in case of a private person: webhosting certificate proving authentity of personal details
- in case of a private business: copy of a business certificate
- in case of foundations, clubs, schools, local governments: certificate of tax number, company establishing documents or a copy of company registration court document, signature document (the signature document from the bank is sufficient)
Transfer of an existing domain name:
Both the owner and the buyer have to sign the web hosting domain cancellation statement. We expect the owner to send us his identifying documents by fax. After signing the cancellation statement the procedure is the same as with a new domain registration – the new owner has to fill in a web hosting domain booking sheet and with attached documents send it to websas.hu Kft. by fax.
